these past few weeks were great but on the other hand, it was also quite upsetting.. especially when the reason as to why it was upsetting = health related issues. but i'm truly grateful that throughout this difficult phase, you're here. you've been here since 4:30 am // 15 august 2010, and you never left no matter how much of a total shithead i was or how fucked up i was treating you. you never walked away. you held my hand and patiently led me out of the darkness i was trapped in. you can say that you're the closest i've got. you're closer to me more than anything or anyone else. you're my heartbeat. without you, i'd prolly.. stop living.

i guess he's nothing more than a blessing in disguise cos right now, i'm beginning to think with my brains and not my heart nor ass. i love you but i love myself too. it's like.. you found a tiger cub who is hurt and you decided to take care of him and raise him up till one day, he's all grown and you know for the fact that he's a fucken tiger and that you should most probably release him into the wild cause he'd most probably prey on you one day but yet you still choose to keep him and one day, he attacks you but at the same time, you were holding a rifle and you're supposed to shoot him and kill him but you just can't cause you love him so much that it hurts you to hurt him so you hesitated on shooting him and thus, he ended up hurting you instead. argh, did that make sense?! i'm a complete mess right now and avril's fall to pieces isn't helping. i guess this is proof that sad people tweet/blog/rant it out on the internet more than they normally do. but don't worry, i'm stronger this time round. period.

so they screened the EMAs followed by the VMAs last night - both resulted in the return of the green-eyed monster. seeing 'em superstars achieving their dreams and winning awards gave me a sense of belonging as i imagined myself in that position. i don't even have to win an award, just getting invited to the show is already a huge honour and privilege. praying the best for 2012. hopefully i'll make it one fine day. however, in a way, i feel like it's okay if i didn't. cause all the support i've been getting from friends and supporters = enough to make me feel like a winner. thanks, guys! and have a good day, readers :) xx

wow it's 2012 already? time must be on drugs or something. it's passing by so fast. in a blink of an eye, it'll be december and i'll be celebrating my 20th birthday. whoa the big 2-0! an official proof that i'm no longer a kid. 2011 went by pretty fast but i'm glad i managed to achieve most of the resolutions i made on the 1st day of the year. i'm very proud of myself for that. 2012 is a whole new year so let's start afresh by forgiving your enemies and thanking god for giving us the opportunity to live another year. i'm sure everyone's aware that 2012 is rumoured to be the year in which the world ends.. now if this is true, then i want to die happy. thus, this year, i plan to detach myself from people who bring me down. i also plan on controlling my temper so as to not always hurt the ones i love, not let procrastination swallow me alive, perform my prayers often as well as to take care of my grooming because i'm getting shabbier by the second. heh. so there you have it.. these are my resolutions for 2012. happy new year, readers! what are your resolutions? xx :)

so it feels as though it has been a million years since my last update. a lot has happened when i'm on hiatus. i realised that when you hurt someone too much sometimes.. one day, they might just hurt you back and that's exactly what happened. however, things are so much better now so i shall not dwell on it anymore.

on a lighter note: dj koflow and a few others selected me and five others for a 3 week dj and turntablism course at the e-tracx dj school for free. courses like these are usually quite expensive and to go for it for free, is purely a blessing. it's definitely been the highlight of my week to have someone who has performed with mariah carey, akon, kanye west and etc to actually choose me to go for this course. it's so rad that my knowledge in music can now be expanded even more! next stop: learning le turntables! can't wait ^^

saw the footage of simoncelli's crash at the sepang circuit. i must say it was absolutely upsetting especially to know that the one who hit his helmet off by accident with a ducati was valentino rossi, his best friend. my condolences goes to simoncelli's family, friends and the rest of the people involved in motogp. a big loss in the motogp world because simoncelli was such a good racer. this death made me realise that life is indeed fragile and very unpredictable. i'll never know when my last breath will be. could be 10 years from now, could be 10 hours from now, could be 10 minutes from now, could be 10 seconds from now.. we'll never know.

attended an event organised by club rainbow in conjuction of children's day at the singapore expo just now. i was assigned to play with kids in the inflatable playground. at first, playing with these kids was just a task that i had to do. it stayed that way till i met this boy, sukvier. diagnosed with heart problems, this boy was really small despite his age. he's 8. and i saw a huge scar on his chest. i had fun bonding with him. my heart melted when he preferred me to his sister when he fell and wanted to get back up. helplessly, he looked at me, handed out his hand and said, "help". AWWWW i have a soft spot for kids and seeing how this boy was unable to have as much fun as the other kids there because of his health, made my heart cry :'( sigh.. oh how i wish everyone on earth was born healthy. he made me feel grateful that i was born healthy, made me appreciate life, made me appreciate what i've got and not to take them for granted. oh it was heartwarming to see the smiles on each and every of the little ones' faces! hehhhhhh blame it on my raging maternal instincts please and on this note, i guess miss elfa was right. helping out in this event was a memorable and remarkable way to spend my saturday.

so i managed to get a picture with the winner of singapore's grand prix, sebastian vettel. i love you, huzzy! let's do this again next year. i also bumped into shaggy at macdonalds and took a picture with him, a glimpse of alonso and i even got webber's autograph. all of this made this year's f1 totally better than last year's but however, the fact that i met isfa for the very first time on the 3rd day of f1 last year, gave last year's event a meaning. it was the start of our beautiful friendship. happy 1 year of knowing each other, siti nuriszfah! and i'll always remember 2010's f1 for the rest of my life. hope you will too.. and thank you, nur ashikin abdul karim, for bringing us together that night :)

losing my damn mind at 5:37am going nuts over the used. playing all of the 30 songs i have of them in my itunes over and over again. damn i really want to go to the rockaway 2011 festival so badly. i've always wanted to see them perform live, get my freak on and morph into a crazy extremist fan girl (not like i already am) and sneak backstage or into their tour bus or coming up with plans (logical or not) to find them and ask for autographs!!!! i'd most prefer quinn's please! ahhhh kl anyone?

as of today, i shall be posting about my personal life somewhere else. reason being, too many unwanted noseyparkers loitering here. however, fret not. this blog won't die. i'll still be updating about interesting affairs, my music progress and basically things i find postworthy every now and then. if you manage to find the platform i'll be shifting to, then good for you. if not, it's okay. i'll most probably come back here once the sea of irritants loses interest in me. heh au revoir~
